What Data is Collected and Used?
Except for the B2B area which can only be accessed by our exclusive contract suppliers by the corresponding access data, our website is freely accessible and usable without giving personal and company-related data (such as name, address). However, we automatically collect and store the following information that is sent to us from your browser:
• Type/version of browser
• Used operating system
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)
• Host name of accessing computer (IP address)
• Time of server inquiry
We cannot attribute this data to specific individuals and will not combine it with any other data sources.

Information on the Use of Plugins
Our website uses so-called plugins from the social network www.facebook.com operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S.California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, U.S.A. and from the information network www.twitter.com operated by Twitter, Inc. 1355 Market St, Suite 900 San Francisco, CA 94103, U.S.A. (“Networks”). These plugins are buttons, such as the Facebook “I Like” button, fields and messages presenting contents of the networks. Although these plugins are displayed on our website, their content comes directly from the networks. These plugins can be recognised by the visible logo of the respective network provider. The plugins establish a direct connection to the network servers via your browser. Already when the page is loaded information is sent to the operators of the networks, to the effect that you visit our website; it makes no difference whether you are registered with the respective network and logged in there or do not use the networks at all. If you are logged in on the networks when visiting our website, more data may be transmitted to the networks, e.g. login data on our website. B2B Supplier Account
The B2B area can only be accessed using the customer number and password and is reserved for our exclusive contract suppliers. We will create and store customer number and password. When you log in on your B2B area, we will store the date and time of your login and logout, and your customer number, for statistical evaluation purposes. If you upload covers of your products, we will store the name, type and size of the file uploaded, together with the date and time of the upload. If you make changes to the user interface in order to customise the view in the B2B area, these will be stored to be available at your next login.
B2B – Customer Account
The B2B customer account (b2b.goodtogo.de) can only be accessed using the customer number and password. Groove Attack will create and store the customer number and password. When a customer logs in on his or her B2B account, we will store the date and time of login and logout and customer number in each case for statistical evaluation purposes. Until the order is finalised or the shopping cart is deleted, we will store the contents of the shopping cart, date and time when the shopping cart is created, that is, when the first item is placed into the shopping cart, date and time when the contents of the shopping cart are changed and the click path followed by the customer to place the item into the shopping cart, e.g. from a newsletter, a search or directly from a product page. Once the order has been finalised, we will store the contents of the shopping cart as an order, the click path via which the customer placed the item into the shopping cart, the IP address and the date and time of the order.
Rights to Access and Revocation, Correction and Deletion of Data
According to applicable law, upon request we will provide you with written information on whether we have stored personal data about you and about the nature of such data. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing and use of your personal data at any time and the right to have this data deleted, blocked or corrected in accordance with the statutory provisions.
