Image: 1596253 Overdue re-issue of the longplayer from 1982 of this great UK Reggae band. LP-vinyl has the original album track order and also for the first time on CD with seven additional tracks including John Peel session tracks. The Capital Letters have reformed in 2013 and perform live again.

- The Capital Letters have reformed and are busy rehearsing for shows in support of this album release.

- "Vinyard" is deep roots UK style – highly regarded 1982 classic from the golden age of UK reggae.

- Championed by John Peel, Capital Letters' single "Smoking My Ganja" became one of the best-selling reggae records of 1978.

- The success of debut album "Headline News" from 1979 led to successful tours all across the UK and mainland Europe where the band established a loyal fan base.

- CD extra tracks feature four previously unreleased "Headline News" tracks along with the legendary BBC John Peel session.

- Tracks 1 to 10 Original Vinyard album that saw limited 1982 release in Germany and Scandinavia only. Produced by Capital Letters at Recordway Studios, Frankfurt

- Tracks 11 to 14 previously unreleased out-takes from the original 1979 Greensleeves album 'Headline News'. Produced by Chris Cracknell at TMC Studios, London

- Tracks 15 to 17 previously unreleased BBC John Peel session from 1979. Produced by Bob Sargent for the BBC
