Image: 1581582 Strictly vinyl only Mukatsuku 12" inch pressed on 180 gram vinyl comes from GUYNAMUKAT (the production duo of Guynamite + Mukatsuku boss Nik Weston) with a quality four tracker touching on elements of tropical club music already big with Eddie C, Shuya Okino (Kyoto Jazz Massive), Faze Action, Jose Padilla, Volcov and currently in the hands of Joe Claussell.

A1 'Riviera Jam' -kicks off with a brass led disco fired monster touching on the familiar Fela ish afro chords before steel pans emerge.
A2.The Mayaro Bay Tropical House Mix does what it says on the tin with atmospheric swirls with that distinctive steel pans melody taking foothold in your brain alongside some keyboard electronics.

On the flipside we find us in somewhat different territory with 'Paradise Uncertain In Eucharis'- moody deep house with lashings of purposeful off key synths and chugging bass and drum notes with a massive sub bass that holds the beast together at its core. The EP ends on a sparce version of the a side with 'Tropical Storm Steel Panapella Mix' where a solo steel pan holds its own with a composition melody that works in its own right unaided by additional instrumental assistance bar hand claps and a piano.
