Image: 1580383 Chance Halladay's '13 Women' is surely the most energetic, dance floor friendly version of the song, first recorded by blues singer Dickie Thompson and made famous by Bill Haley. An up-tempo, syncopated blast with typically under-stated, laid back vocals from Halladay. On the flip here, a female's answer from Berna Dean with her own 'One Gal In Town, Five Men Hanging Around', a smouldering, jazzy number from the pen of New Orleans legend Dave Bartholomew.
