Harvard educated, Grammy nominated, producer, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and exceptional talent, Ryan Leslie introduces to you his most ambitious artistic offering, his third studio album “Les Is More” as follower to his Grammy nominated R&B Album “Transition” released 2009.
Written, arranged, produced, performed, with an unprecedented collection of related visual media directed and edited by the artist himself. The album is led by autobiographical single “Glory”, a documentary look at Ryan’s life on the road which features cameos from collaborations with artists such as Kanye West, Fabolous, Talib Kweli, Raekwon or the french rap superstar Booba. Each subsequent video is a snapshot of the experiences & places that have inspired his album.
Accompanying the album release, Ryan will be touring with his live band across europe in countries such as Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Austria and Switzerland.
Born in Washington, DC and raised in eight cities across two continents, Ryan Leslie was a senior at Harvard by the age of 19. He spent the last seven years producing records for a myriad of artists and releasing two award-winning albums of his own. Ryan Leslie is also passionate about technology, philanthropy and social media and he’s been an invited speaker at schools ranging from the Thurgood Marshall Academy in Harlem to the NYU Stern School of Business.
