The DJ/producer Jonas Imbery is one of the two masterminds behind Munich’s Gomma Records (the other is Mathias Modica of Munk), Germany’s leading record label for all kinds of new and freaked out disco-inspired music. Having launched the label at the start of the new millennium, they became part of a new scene of freestyle labels that connect music with design, alternative art and cutting-edge fashion. After reducing his involvement in the Munk project, Jonas created his own moniker Telonius.
As the next logical step on their way to world domination, the Gomma guys founded Gomma Dance Tracks – a sub-label of Gomma Records for their output of club-focused 12″ maxi singles and digital exclusives.
Telonius’ discography contains solo releases on Gomma Dance Tracks like “Like What” (GOMMADT001), “Disco-Tec Remixes” (GOMMADT005) , and “Hit Me” (GOMMADT014). He also produced remixes for Bottin, The Phenomenal Handclap Band, Golden Bug, Diskokaine, Erosie, The Glimmers, and many more.
