The Cyberpunkers project was formed in February 2006 by two young Italian DJs. They hide behind futuristic masks and their true identities are a secret, but rumours say that they’re grandnephews of famous Italian painter Caravaggio. The Cyberpunkers have a deep passion for Cyberpunk culture and the project was the best way for them to connect different art forms such as electronic music, fashion, design, and photography.

In the following years Cyberpunkers established themselves within the international dance music scene. Their DJ-sets are characterised by a wild mixture of hard-rocking electro beats, a lot of sweat, blood, and tears. No wonder that they’ve been booked for some of the biggest electronic music festivals in Europe.

But the Cyberpunkers did not only crash clubs and stages on a global scale, they also produced several outstanding singles and remixes.

On March 19, 2010, Cyberpunkers are going to release their brand new single “I Needed To Go” on Freakz Me Out and they’ll leave their hometown to travel through Europe to inspire weekend warriors with the ultimate Cyberpunkers sound.
