With the release of his debut solo album, Ill Bill finally gives us “What’s Wrong With Bill?“, a firsthand look into the mind of an artist known for his ultra-visual lyricism and twisted world view. His music is considered by many to be as mentally disturbing as it is brutally honest. With 15 tracks produced by the infamous Necro (who also just happens to be Bill’s younger brother and owner of Psycho+Logical-Records), expect tailor-made cinematic soundscapes to match perfectly with Bill’s own brand of organized mayhem. This album features
guest appearances by Non Phixion‘s Goretex and Sabac Red, Necro, Q-Unique, Mr. Hyde and Uncle Howie. Combine his huge cult following with media coverage everywhere from MTV to UPN, from The Source to Rolling Stone magazine and you get the most anticipated underground hip hop album of 2004. Catch him performing music from “What’s Wrong With Bill?” live this summer on the Vans Warped Tour.
