Legendary emcee, Aceyalone is set to release his new record this June. The reputation of Aceyalone has steadily grown since the world first heard him rapping with his groundbreaking group, Freestyle Fellowship. Aceyalone’s wordplay laid the foundation or groups like Jurassic 5 and Dilated Peoples to develop their now trademarked west-coast style. Always a strong emcee, Aceyalone enlists similarly cut producers for this new record. Hard-hitting producers from the Definitive Jux camp (El-P and RJD2) play beat coordinators along with Fat Jack, J-Rocc and Project Blowed in-house production team PMG. This album includes collaborations with Goapele, Priest and Sayyid of Anti-Pop Consortium, Casual, Abstract Rude, The Soul of John Black and El-P.
